At Alexa Pope we are committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept a return of unworn and unwashed item for a full refund, or store credit within 7 business days of receiving your product(s). Merchandise must have all tags including any Alexa Pope hang tags attached.

Unfortunately, jewelry, bathing/body suits and all sale/promotional items are FINAL SALE and are not able to be returned for a refund.
Alexa Pope is not responsible for ANY shipping or handling charges for any returns. Items eligible for a refund under $100, will NOT include the original flat rate shipping fee initially paid by the customer. Should your request for return not meet the required guidelines, we reserve the right to deny your request.
Currently we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size/style it will be the customer's responsibility to send back the item to re-purchase.

IN STORE RETURNS
At Alexa Pope we do not offer refunds on any item purchased in-store. Store Credit/Exchanges only. Unworn and unwashed merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must have the order number present in order to receive store credit or an exchange.
Store Credit will last up to three months from the time of return.
Merchandise must have all tags including any Alexa Pope hang tags attached. All jewelry, swimwear and sale/promotional merchandise are considered "final sale".
