WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We're a Canadian based company, with our Head Office and Store located in Halifax, NS. 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It all depends on where you are located. Keep in mind, we're located on the East Coast of Canada so it can take up to 2-3 weeks with standard shipping if your on the West Coast of North America. Please email us at info@alexapope.ca for any further details or inquiries on shipping. 

 

WHY DOES IT CHANGE TO CAD CURRENCY WHEN I GET TO THE CHECKOUT?

We're a Canadian company based on the East Coast of Canada. Currently we have a USD and CAD price converter on our website. Once you get to the checkout, it does change back to being CAD currency, but don't fear! Once you check your statement, it will have charged you the correct currency. 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do! We love our International babes from all over.

 

HOW DO I KNOW YOU’VE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation email once ordering. You will then receive a second email once your order has been fulfilled and is on it's way.

 

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to change any details, as our team will have already started processing your order.

 

DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Standard Canadian orders do not receive tracking. However if you choose expedited, or express shipping you will receive tracking. 

U.S orders will receive a tracking number. Tracking will activate once it reaches the border, so please allow 2-3 business days.

All International orders will receive tracking. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

For online orders:

Must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your items

Must be unworn and unwashed

Tags must still be attached 

We do not cover the shipping costs of sending items back

Accessories like sunglasses and jewelry are final sale

All promotional sale items and regular sale items are final sale

All swimwear is final sale

Any shipping costs are non refundable

In store orders:

We do not offer full refunds. Exchange or store credit only

Must be returned within 14 days

Must be unwashed and unworn 

Tags must still be attached

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please fill out the return order form that comes inside your order and be sure to mail it back to us with your items. Please send items back to:

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ONLINE RETURN?

Once we receive your item back and have had time to inspect it, we will then notify you of your return. Returns may take a few business days to show up on your statement. 

 

WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE STOCK?

At Alexa Pope, we don't carry a large amount of each product. Depending on the item and availability, we may or may not restock. If you have any stock inquiries about specific items, please email us at info@alexapope.ca

 

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?

We have a generic size guide, however each brand we carry can have various sizing specifications. Some brands run true to size, or can run small or large. If you are unfamiliar with a brand and it's sizing, please email us at info@alexapope.ca and we can help you out as best we can!
